Who we are

GG22 Mobile Tire is a registered fictitious name of Gunduz IG LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document L25000503607), operating a mobile tire and roadside service from Tampa, Florida. This policy covers the website at gg22mobiletire.com.

What the website itself collects

Nothing. The site is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and runs no analytics, advertising or session-recording software. There is no login and no account to create.

The quote form

This is worth explaining, because most quote forms work differently. Ours runs entirely inside your own browser. When you fill it in and press Send as text or Send as email, the form simply opens your own messaging or email app with a message already written out and addressed to us.

Nothing is transmitted when you type, and nothing is stored. You press send in your own app, or you don't — and if you close the page instead, what you typed is gone and we never saw it.

Information we receive when you contact us

When you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to tell us. For a tire job that is usually:

• Your name and phone number
• Where the vehicle is
• The vehicle and its tire size
• What you need done, and any notes you add

We use this only to give you a price, get to you, do the work and follow up on that job. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade your details.

Things this site relies on that are run by others

Two third parties see limited technical information simply because of how the web works:

• Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time. These are ordinary access logs used to run and secure the service.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces the site uses. Loading them sends your IP address and browser details to Google. We do not receive that information and cannot connect it to you.

Links out to our Google Business Profile, our Facebook page, WhatsApp and the Florida Division of Corporations take you to sites we do not control, each with its own privacy policy.

Payments

No payment is ever taken through this website. Payment happens on site, in person, by cash, Zelle or card. Card payments are handled by our payment provider — we do not store your card number.

How long we keep things

Call logs, texts and emails stay in our phone and email accounts. We keep job records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and legal requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what job information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling, texting or emailing the contacts below. Since the website collects nothing, there is nothing for us to delete on that side. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will.

Children

This site is aimed at vehicle owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works — for example if we ever add analytics or an online booking system — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
